With deep expertise in IT operating models, IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM), I have honed my skills through years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, and project management with IBM and Accenture, and in leadership roles in the corporate world at companies like ANZ, UoM and Crown Resorts.

I transitioned to independent consulting to help multiple organisations achieve lasting change.
